4 Interior Design Shows To Look Out For On Netflix

Sakshi Kore

Interior design and decor is not my forte but it is something I love so much! The thought of putting together a space which has a certain meaning and is mixed with creativity really excites me. One of my favourite things to do while I’m passing time is to scour through luxurious and cosy spaces alike and then make a mood board. Mood board for my future when I’m independent enough to build my own house. Even just imagining this whole scenario uplifts my mood in a jiffy!

Apart from browsing through pictures, I also happen to watch shows around interior design. Correct me if I’m wrong but watching a space go from nothing to what dreams are made of is so fulfilling, amirite? If you’re someone who shares my love for interior design and are looking for binge-worthy shows, you’ve arrived at just the right place.

Scroll ahead for 4 interior design shows that will have your mind blown!

1. Selling Sunset

A whole lot of girl drama mixed with some of the most luxurious homes of Los Angeles is the story of Selling Sunset. A group of brokers from a real estate company sell the dreamiest homes of L.A. to the elite families of the city. Although there isn’t much innovation, the show is a visual treat for the viewers.

2. The World’s Most Extraordinary Homes

As the name suggests, this mini docu-series takes you through some of the most extraordinary houses around the globe. The show is hosted by architect Piers Taylor and property developer Caroline Quentin who visit various houses that are practical works of art. What’s more, the two interior experts provide insightful information about the houses. Add this to your list for the show provides endless inspiration.

3. Amazing Interiors

Ever heard of the proverb “Don’t judge a book by its cover”? If you have, that’s exactly what this show is about. Amazing Interiors quite literally features amazing interiors with exteriors that can be rather deceiving. Deceiving in the sense that the exteriors are comparatively ordinary but take a step inside with a mindset to have your jaw dropped. What’s better is that most of these spaces are as quirky and artistic as can be!

4. Tiny House Nation

If you’re a fan of intimate and cosy spaces, Tiny House Nation is just the show for you! Hosts of the show John Weisbarth and Zack Giffin are renovation experts who tour through America and help families design, construct or redecorate the tiniest of spaces. And by tiny spaces, we mean under 500 square-feet. Their style and aesthetic is admirable and will leave you with no dearth of inspiration to redesign your own room!
