The entire industry has been mourning the loss of Sushant Singh Rajput and sharing tributes to the actor on social media. While fans on social media are still reeling from the shock, seems like close friend and Raabta co-star, Kriti Sanon, was also dealing with the same. After remaining silent on social media these two days, Kriti finally took to her Instagram and expressed how hurt she is by his passing.

She says that it is unfortunate that Sushant’s brilliant mind became his worst enemy and wishes she could have fixed what was broken inside him.

She writes:

Sush.. I knew that your brilliant mind was your best friend and your worst enemy.. but it has broken me completely to know that you had a moment in your life where Dying felt easier or better than Living. I so wish you had people around you to get you pass THAT moment, i wish you hadn’t pushed the ones who loved you away.. i wish i could have fixed that something which was broken inside you..I couldn’t..I wish so so many things….A part of my heart has gone with you..and a part will always keep you alive..Never stopped praying for your happiness and never will..

All the love to you to deal with this loss, Kriti.

Right after Sushant’s death on Sunday, social media was filled with comments regarding Kriti’s reaction, considering she is rumoured to be his ex-girlfriend. Her sister, Nupur Sanon took to her Instagram to write off such trolls and asked that they be left alone so they can mourn in peace.

Totally agree with Nupur on this. Close friends and family should be allowed to take their time to mourn their loss, and not be scrutinised by others on social media.

Rhea Chakraborty, who was rumoured to be dating Sushant up until recently, was also trolled on social media and called insensitive because she didn’t tweet or post anything. Angered by this blame game, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja took to her Instagram to slam the trolls for being so insensitive and unreasonable.

We just wish the internet is kind to the ones who are actually grieving this loss.
