If this time during the lockdown has taught us anything, it is that the simple things like a family lunch or a brunch with friends shouldn’t be taken for granted. I have missed these get-togethers so much that the next time it happens, I am sure to document it. Guess, that’s what Shabana Azmi decided to do as she hosted a lunch for all her close family members including sister Tanvi Azmi, Farhan Akhtar and his girlfriend Shibani Dandekar.
Posting a video of the family, Ms Azmi writes that whenever the family is together, discussions are always about food. She cheers on and sings ‘Hubba Hubba‘ as Javed Akhtar, Farhaan and Tanvi wave to the camera. Shibani is seen enjoying her food and joining in the fun sitting next to Farhaan. It sure is nice to see her bonding with his family.

Shabana Azmi was recently in a car accident a few months ago and was hurt badly. But she has recovered now and is doing well.
Farhaan and Shibani have been dating for almost two and a half years now. They even quarantined together the past three months and shared glimpses of it on Instagram. Farhan posts videos of Shibani playing with their dogs. The couple even sang a cover for Shallow by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Read more about it here.
