Neena Gupta has been entertaining us all on her Instagram during the lockdown with her life lessons and jugaad experiments. She has also been working on her memoir staying in her holiday home in the hills. When it comes to entertaining on us on screen, she was last seen in the film, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan and the web series, Panchayat. So now, I sure wanted to know what she had in store for us next.
In an interview with Mid-Day, Neena Ji just said that she has signed on three films in the three months of lockdown! Speaking about it, the veteran actress told the publication that she read a few scripts and zeroed in on three of them. Talk about using the lockdown productively, amirite?
Speaking about it, Neena Ji said:
I read about five to six scripts. I am not allowed to talk about the three films I have said yes to, but one of them is with Shaad Ali. I am looking forward to the project. I plan to return to Mumbai only when I have to resume work.
Until shoot for these projects start, seems like Neena Ji is very happy spending time in the hills around nature. She is quarantining with her husband in their holiday home in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand.
