Individually and collectively as a nation while we’re still trying to come to terms with this great loss, Sushant’s last movie Dil Bechara will soon release digitally on 24th July 2020 on Disney+Hotstar. As a tribute to Sushant, the platform has decided to let everyone use the platform free for everyone so as all of us can enjoy the movie as when we please. Besides this, the title track and the first song of the movie just released today. The music is composed by music maestro A.R Rahman and the title track is choreographed by popular choreographer Farah Khan.
Now the director of the movie Mukesh Chhabra revealed that Farah agreed to do the song just on the basis of it being Mukesh’s directorial debut and because she was really good friends with Sushant. Mukesh detailed in an Instagram post how his phone conversation had gone with the choreographer-director. She had refused to take any fee from Mukesh for the song and brushed him off saying it wasn’t necessary as it was his first movie. The debut director took to post the entire song Dil Bechara along with his phone conversation with Farah.

This song is particularly close to me because it was the first time i was choreographing Sushant.. we were friends for a long time but never worked together.. i had also promised Mukesh chhabra that whn he makes his directorial debut I would do a song for him.. i wanted the song to b done as a 1 shot song because i knew Sushant would b able to do it perfectly.. i remembred Sushant had once come to a reality dance show that I was judging as a celebrity guest and that's the only time the celebrity guest danced better than the contestants on that show.. we rehearsed a whole day n then finished shoot in half a day ! As a reward for nailing it perfectly all Sushant wanted was food frm my house which i duly got for him..i see the song n all i can see is how Alive, how happy he looks in it.. yes this song is very special to me.thank u @castingchhabra for including me on this journey of urs. https://bit.ly/DilBecharaTitleTrack.
