Sara Ali Khan‘s first ever co-star was Sushant Singh Rajput. He starred alongside her in Kedarnath. So his loss would have been huge. Interestingly, Sara’s father, Saif Ali Khan, starred alongside Sushant in his last film, Dil Bechara. With the film releasing yesterday, Sara took to her Instagram to write a lovely note for Sushant.
In her note, she says that he and her father, Saif, are the only two gentlemen who have spoken to her about a host of topics ranging from “Sartre, Van Gogh, telescopes and constellations, guitars, The Northern Lights, cricket, Pink Floyd, Nusrat Saab and acting techniques.” She says this dedication is to the last thing they both have in common, the film Dil Bechara.

The only two gentlemen that have spoken to me about Sartre, Van Gogh, telescopes and constellations, guitars, The Northern Lights, cricket, Pink Floyd, Nusrat Saab and acting techniques. This is to the last thing you two have in common- #DilBechara ❤️🙏🏻 Now on Disney Hotstar!
Saif plays a pivotal role in the film and speaking about Sushant, Saif had recently spoken in a webinar by The New Indian Express. He said, “I thought he had a bright future. He was polite to me and appreciated my guest appearance in the film. He wanted to talk about many topics like astronomy and philosophy. I got the feeling he was brighter than I was.”
Dil Bechara released on Disney+ Hotstar yesterday and was received with a lot of love and appreciation from all over.
