Malaika’s kurta was a visual treat to the eyes for its meticulous detailing. Dipped in a pastel blue hue, the kurta came with a plunging v-neckline. The border of the neckline was adorned with floral motifs cut from lace which was also seen on the side-slits. The garment featured an intricate Aztec-like print with triangular shapes spread evenly all over. Giving a playful touch to the kurta were its frilly sleeves with a scalloped hemline and all in all, the star’s traditional silhouette came with a number of understated yet visually-appealing details. She teamed it with a pair of ivory coloured, straight-cut trousers whose sleek golden stripes at the hemlines broke the monotony of the blue and white colour scheme and added a touch of glam to the look.
