A few days ago, the pop sensation and super talented Ananya Birla surprised her fans by announcing the release of her much-awaited single ‘Let There Be Love‘. The song is releasing today i.e. the 31st of July on all major streaming platforms and we can’t wait to hear it. As we all know, Ananya is one of the most talented young artists to break into the music scene, and this electro-pop anthem has been said to be really close to her heart. All about the new track:
‘Let There Be Love‘ is Ananya’s first song release of 2020, following on from last year’s debut EP ‘Fingerprint‘. The new track highlights Ananya’s dynamic musicality and vocals and it has an incredibly catchy tune. This song is extremely close to her heart and she aims to reach out to more listeners and radiate love. Moreover, it was recorded during the lockdown at Ananya’s makeshift home studio in Los Angeles.

It’s hard to deal with the fear and loneliness that’s all around at the moment, so it’s more important than ever that we make joy and connection a priority. For me, this is one of those times in life when you are forced to simplify and strip away everything that just doesn’t matter to get back to what does. I wanted to remind people that beautiful things can blossom out of dark moments. All my music is driven by an urge to connect with people, to share with them in the experience of being human–the good, the bad, and the ugly!

Recently, Ananya associated herself with new management, Maverick, specifically with Greg Thompson and Matt Shelton. ‘Let There Be Love‘ is produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Aaron Pearce (who has worked with Fifth Harmony, Justin Bieber and Pitbull) and mastered by Dave Kutch (who’s worked with the likes of Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Chance The Rapper, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Rae Sremmurd and Fifth Harmony). The beautifully uplifting video with soothing visuals is all you need to keep your spirits high during these uncertain times. Here’s what Ananya has to say about her experience while creating ‘Let There Be Love‘:
‘Let There Be Love’ is going to be my very first international single release after going independent and I’m beyond excited. It has been a beautiful yet intimidating move, but I felt it was the right transition in my music career. I have recorded over 200 songs so far, but none of them felt like the right one to go out with as my first independent release. During the lockdown, I got the chance to record over and over in my makeshift home studio and write my heart out without the daunting limitations of deadlines. This gave me a lot of creative freedom to experiment. When I recorded ‘Let There Be Love’ it just all clicked and I instantly knew this was going to be my first release. A big thank you to my management, my team and family whose immense support has helped me reach where I am today. This is only the first song from what we have in store for you in the upcoming months.I am so grateful to have the right partners on board and with this global release, I am looking forward to making India proud on an international level.
