Kasautii Zindagii Kay actor Parth Samthaan recently revealed that he has been tested positive for COVID-19. The actor tested negative in the result of the subsequent test and left for Pune to be with his family. However, his society members in Mumbai filed a complaint against him for flouting the BMC rules and guidelines post his diagnosis with COVID-19.

Earlier, according to a few reports, it was alleged by the members of the society that Parth was seen stepping out the BMC seal of his apartment and using the public facilities in the area while putting the people at risks. Now, an official complaint against him has been filed against the actor by his society, DB Woods Co-operative Housing Society.

When Parth was called out for flouting the BMC guidelines, he took to his Twitter to clarify that, “I have tested negative and I was home quarantined for 17 days which technically is more than 14 .. and last night I had a panic attack so were you willing to take me to the doc?? And now m on my to Pune to spend some much needed time with my family.”

On the professional front, according to reports, Parth may resume shooting for Kasautii Zindagii Kay from the first week of August.
