Sushant Singh Rajput‘s untimely demise has shook the entire nation, leaving each one of us disheartened about losing such a young, talented and intelligent soul. With every passing day, new revelations being made in the case. Recently, according to a report by Times Now, it was learnt that Sushant was on a conference call with filmmakers Ramesh Taurani and Nikkhil Advani a day before his death on 14th June.

Speaking to Times Now in an interview, Mr Taurani said that he was on call with Sushant, along with Nikkhil Advani and Sushant’s agent, Uday Singh Gauri. When asked if he sensed anything unusual with Sushant, he said it was difficult to tell based on a phone call and said, “I was calling him on the phone, mujhe kaise maalum padega (how would I know)?” He also added that it was just an initial call and that nothing was finalised.

While he refused to comment further on it, Sushant’s agent, Uday, gave the channel some extra information about the call. He said that Sushant’s state of mind seemed ‘normal’, and that it was a four-way conference call between him, Sushant and the two filmmakers.

He further added:

We did a narration where Nikkhil Advani narrated an idea to him. You should actually corroborate this with Nikkhil Advani and Ramesh Taurani too. They had called me and I had called Sushant. I was on the call but I was just hearing because the narration was being given by Nikkhil. He was talking, Sushant was talking and Ramesh ji was talking. He (Sushant) was asking the right questions. Nikkhil would ask as to what he understood. And he would say that I have understood till this point. Then he would take the conversation forward. So it was that kind of a conversation, it wasn’t very long.

Uday also added that once the call was over, he called Sushant back to learn about how he liked the narration. He says that Sushant liked it and that they should wait for the script.

The case of Sushant’s death has now been transferred to the CBI, who have launched an FIR against his girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty and five others.
