Ever since her 2010 debut, Shraddha Kapoor has slowly been making her mark in Bollywood. From gaining major recognition for her role in Aashiqui 2 to being an accomplished singer and dancer she can do almost anything she puts her mind to. We’ve seen her grow so much as an actor with a fun personality that separates her from the rest. But while she is known for her many acting accomplishments and versatility to blend into any role she has also made her mark amongst fashion circles for her poise and elegance.
As she continues to grow and evolve, so has her alluring sense of fashion. Her personal style screams fun, quirky and comfortable. Shraddha’s outfits always simply seem to her reflect her personality very well. Not one to be afraid of taking risks, we’ve seen her in many avatars over the years. At present, her wardrobe seems to be a blend of causal wear, relaxed separates and stylish airport looks plus a keen fondness for gorgeous lehengas. More often than not you’ll see her rock a chic dress on many occasions. Whether it’s street-style or red carpet events, Shraddha always puts her best fashion foot forward and we cant wait to see where the future takes this promising star. This is a diva who always stuns with her great sense of style and fashion no matter the event, so if you require some fashion inspo look no further. We’ve picked some our some of our recent favourite looks from her repertoire.
Shraddha looks super bright and sunny in this white and yellow combo during a round of movie promotions in early January. Featuring a sunshine yellow, pleated skirt and white cropped blazer from Judy Zhang, she looks lovely with a matching cami paired underneath. Keeping the look very feminine she teamed this with some nude sandals and delicate silver necklace. The perfect semi-formal attire for brunch with the ladies.
Shradhha Kapoor absolutely stuns in this all-black avatar. Nailing the monochromatic look from her makeup to her shoes, she does not disappoint. The outfit that might look like a dress on first glance is actually two separates from Blssd. Featuring a long-sleeved bodysuit and pleated wrap-skirt, her stylist has paired the two with a matching belt creating a super-high slit. Combined with her thigh-high boots from Steve Madden adds some oomph to the overall dramatic ensemble.
For the Umang 2020 show, Shraddha charmed us in this emerald green Anita Dongre lehenga. While she looks so gorgeous in this vibrant colour, the lehenga also included some absolutely exquisite and intricate embroidered details. The long tunic style blouse was unique and different featuring a rounded keyhole neckline and three-quarter sleeves. She rounded off the ensemble with a light-weight dupatta and keeping her accessories to a minimum, paired this outfit with some lovely enamel earrings. The kohled eyes and soft makeup only enhanced her natural beauty while her half updo framed her face perfectly in tune with the overall look.
Looking very cool and on-trend for the season, Shraddha wore a pair of black, vinyl joggers with a paper-bag hem sans the lace-up heels. We saw a lot of stars embrace the vinyl or latex trend and Shraddha nails it with this sporty-chic vibe. Paired with a matching one-shoulder, crop-top and white block heels. Keeping jewellery and accessories to the minimum was a bracelet and large earrings. She kept her hair tousled teamed with a smokey eye and nude lip. She definitely made a statement during the Street Dancer 3D promotions, letting the outfit speak for itself.
Shraddha Kapoor gave us mermaid vibes in this dreamy holographic dress by designer duo Pankaj and Nidhi. She looks enchanting in this shimmery number with green, net balloon-sleeves that add volume to the figure-hugging dress. Paired with some silver heels and soft minimal makeup she looks so pretty and chic during Bhaggi 3 promotions. I love the fact that she opted to go sans any jewellery or additional accessories and kept her hair sleek with a middle part. The dress is loud enough to speak for itself without any additions that could make it look too busy. Shraddha is no shrinking violet and this outfit definitely makes her stand out from the crowd.
Shraddha looks fresh as a daisy in this striped co-ord set. Love the lime green and white colour combo from Moon River but the really interesting detail was the pairing of horizontal and vertical stripes together. On top was a strappy crop with a front-knot, teamed with matching high-waisted pants. She paired this super stylish look with a pair of clear ankle-strap heels and kept her makeup light with her hair up in a wispy ponytail. What topped it all off was the pink statement fringe earrings. The pink created a refreshing break from the lime green and helped accentuate the entire look.
