Manushi Chhillar, who is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar‘s historical drama, Prithviraj, has already signed her next film. According to a report by MidDay, the former Miss World has been signed on by Yash Raj Films for its upcoming comedy. The gorgeous diva will be starring opposite Vicky Kaushal.
According to the publication, the actress had been roped in for Prithviraj in 2019 after she delivered a fantastic audition. And it was the same videotape that has helped her bag the second project. The film is likely to be helmed by Dhoom 3 director, Vijay Krishna Acharya. The source also added that the decision to bring Manushi on board was taken last week as head honcho Aditya Chopra was confident that the pairing will grab eyeballs.
The movie which will witness Vicky exploring comedy for the first time is a part of YRF’s Project 50 which marks the golden jubilee of the production house. Aditya Chopra is also expected to unveil the slate of films on the occasion of father Yash Chopra‘s birth anniversary on September 27.
