Tiger Shroff‘s films are always ones that are awaited by his fans all over. After having worked in the power-packed, WAR, with director Siddharth Anand, the duo were all set to collaborate on the remake of Sylvester Stallone‘s cult franchise, Rambo. While the plan of the remake is still on, now it seems like the director’s seat has been taken over by Rohit Dhawan.

Siddharth is all set to direct Shah Rukh Khan in his upcoming film, and Tiger was concentrating on the sequel of his debut film, Heropanti with the makers. But now, according to a report by Mumbai Mirror, the talks of the remake are back on. The publication quotes a source as saying that Tiger is super kicked about stepping into the shoes of his idol, Stallone, and adds that after being in the back-burner for a while now, it is finally being taken over by Rohit.

Rohit is also working on the official Hindi remake of Allu Arjun‘s Telugu hit, Ala Vaikuntapuramalo with Kartik Aaryan. The source informs that the script for that is locked and will go on floors in February. Until then, Rohit and his team are set to work on the Rambo remake, which will go on floors only after the Telugu remake.

The publication also quotes the source as saying that Sidhharth and Rohit are good friends, and that the former has shared his ideas with Rohit and will be involved in the creative processes.

We sure cannot wait to see Tiger as the intense and power-packed fighter, Rambo, and we are sure he’ll kill it!
