Celina Jaitly recently took to her Instagram to celebrate 15 years of her film, No Entry. She debuted with the film, Janasheen opposite Fardeen Khan in 2003, and No Entry came right after in 2005, which was a big hit back then. She thanked the audiences for accepting her, who is an outsider.
No Entry, directed by Anees Bazmee, is a comedy that starred an ensemble cast consisting of Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Esha Deol, Lara Dutta and Celina. She states that this is still one of her ‘most watched’ films on any platform. She shares that she was just 22 when she shot for it, and was naive and overwhelmed during its shoot. She shared a clip from one of the songs in the film called Ishq Mein. They apparently shot for the song over a period of 8 months in various locations like Cape Town, Mauritius and Thailand. She says it was choreographed by the legendary choreographer, Prabhudeva and jokes that even though she was a trained classical and jazz dancer, she was shaking.

Yesterday marked the 15th year Anniversary of my film NO ENTRY. Thank you audience for accepting an outsider and giving your love for so many consecutive years to this film. This is still one of the “MOST WATCHED” films on all platforms. I had the opportunity to work with some of the finest technical & creative talents in our film industry. At the age of 22 I was so naive and young and overwhelmed during the shoot. Thank you @aneesbazmee for teaching me so much about comedies and film making. This song ISHQ MEIN by the iconic music director @anumalikmusic ( Sung by the master talents @alishachinaiofficial @krishnakumarkunnath KK ) was choreographed by the legendary @prabhudevaofficial sir. Each beat literally had 32 beats to catch within it, even as a trained classical & jazz dancer I was shaking ( lol). We shot this song in South Africa ( Cape Town), Thailand & Mauritius over a period of 8 Months thanks to most incredible producers like late @sridevi.kapoor & @boney.kapoor Working with a senior like @anilskapoor I learnt a lot about comedy timing. Thank you costars @beingsalmankhan #fardeenkhan . This was also the beginning of many special friendships with amazing girls @imeshadeol @bipashabasu @larabhupathi … NO ENTRY will always hold a special place in my life and career. Thank you universe and all my fans. It’s always so much fun to revisit memories from our early days, right?
Celina recently starred in Ram Kamal Mukherjee‘s Seasons Greetings, which was an ode to late filmmaker, Rituparno Ghosh. The short film premiered on Zee5 and Celina went on to earn rave reviews for her performance in it alongside Lillette Dubey and Azhar Khan.
