Earlier this month, after the Indian government banned the popular video game PUB-G in the country, Akshay Kumar launched a video game called Fau:G aka Fearless And United Guards. Right after the actor launched it, a section of the internet started speculating that the game was originally conceptualized by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.  However, the developers of the game took to their Twitter handle to clear all such speculations by saying that such rumours were absolutely false and baseless and the game was developed by an Indian entrepreneur Mr. Vishal Gondal, Mr Dayanadhi MG, and others who’ve been in the gaming industry for 20 years now.

The company also addressed the allegations that the poster was plagiarized and that they have officially bought the image from Shutterstock. The company also made it clear that they will be taking necessary action against those who were spreading such fake news.

Take a look at their official statement:

Encore is a gaming company based out of Bangalore India and if the above statement is considered, Akshay Kumar has been closely involved with the same. The company calls the actor their mentor. In his announcement of the game, he had revealed that 20% of the net revenue from the game will be going to Bharat Ke Veer. The game is reportedly based on real-life scenarios encountered by the Indian Security Forces to deal with both domestic and foreign threats and will be launched towards the end of October.
