Filmmaker Aditya Chopra has got everything planned for the third instalment in the Tiger franchise that will star Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. According to a report by MidDay, the producer and his team has kickstarted work on Tiger 3. The makers want the film to travel in as many as seven countries this time, apart from India. The publication further mentioned that Aditya has asked helmer, Maneesh Sharma, to begin the recce before the year ends. The report also added that the producer wants the film to go on the floors in February 2021 with Salman, Katrina, and a new face as the villain.

The publication quoted a source as saying—

If everything goes as planned, Maneesh Sharma and his team will conduct a recce across the UAE, Istanbul and the US in December. The rest of the countries have yet to be pencilled in. Tiger 3 is close to Adi’s heart as he has developed the screenplay along with Jaideep Sahni. Despite the industry slowdown, Adi is certain that the film has the makings of a blockbuster. Maneesh and he want to take it on floors by February.

Aditya Chopra is reportedly eyeing a Christmas release for the action-thriller.
