Freida Pinto rose to immediate fame with her film debut Slumdog Millionaire. However, her biggest commercial success came with sci-fi flick Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Even though Freida Pinto has broken the breaking the stereotypical image of an Indian woman in foreign films she’s still not wildly popular in Bollywood. Freida plays a pivotal role in a groundbreaking animated show called Mira, Royal Detective that made it’s release to Disney +. It has also been renewed for a second season.
On the work front, her last movie Love Wedding Repeat is a romantic comedy currently on Netflix with an ensemble cast. Hillbilly Elegy is an upcoming American drama film directed by Ron Howard releasing sometime in November 2020 on Netflix. And, Needle in a Time stack an upcoming sci-fi movie written and directed by John Ridley.

Thanks to the pandemic, it comes as no surprise that the 13th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic has been called off. So in order to give us an idea of what could have been Freida Pinto appears in a campaign for the largest champagne house in the world. While polo sees the rider wearing polo shirts and trousers; Freida Pinto who is styled by Jessica Paster wears a three-piece taupe Dolce & Gabbana, floral pantsuit. Love the vintage pink buttons on the waistcoat. The pairing of the suit with a yellow, chiffon ruffle blouse was simply genius and quite statement-making. Her somewhat equestrian look was quite the standout ensemble.
She styles her look with the perfect, chunky block heel from Sarah Flint, gold hoop earrings by Eriness Jewelry and gold rings by Lilou Jewelry. Pretty sure we haven’t seen Freida in too many pantsuits before but it’s definitely a look she should wear more often.
For her hair, Joseph Chase left her hair open with luscious, light waves. For her makeup, Freida Pinto opts for pink lipstick and flushed cheeks. She wears a poppy pink on her nails to add balance to the look, finished by Emi Kudo.
