Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is celebrating his 55th birthday today and King Khan’s die-hard fans are more enthusiastic and eager than ever to celebrate his birthday in a different way this time. Every year, on 2 November, all the fans march on to SRK’s Mannat and Mumbai Police gears up into action to make special arrangements for the thousands that flood the streets of Bandra just to wish and get a glimpse of him.
However, looking at the Covid-19 pandemic situation this year, SRK urged his fans to not gather outside his house for his birthday celebrations. The actor took to his Twitter and wrote, ‘Iss baar ka pyaar thoda door se yaar’. The actor is currently staying in Dubai for the ongoing IPL 2020. However, the fans are leaving no stone unturned for the special day. According to reports, his fans from Peru cut a cake on the occasion of his 55th birthday, while another fan has pledged to be an organ donor.
One of the most popular SRK fan clubs on Twitter also shared that they will be distributing 5,555 PPE kits for those in need. The basic kit will include mask, sanitisers and a meal. Sharing photos, the fan club wrote, “Here are the Covid Kits prepared by us that we’ll be distributing to those in need. We’ll be distributing 5555 Covid kits which will include 5555 masks & sanitizers, and meals on the occasion of the 55th Birthday of King Khan #HappyBirthdaySRK.”
