Selena Gomez-Backed 'The Broken Hearts Gallery' To Release On November 20 In India

Selena Gomez-backed rom-com, The Broken Hearts Gallery is all set to release theatrically in India on November 20. The film stars Geraldine Viswanathan, Dacre Montgomery, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Molly Gordon, Phillipa Soo and Bernadette Peters.

The romantic comedy follows the story of Lucy (Geraldine), a 20-something art gallery assistant residing in New York City who is also an emotional hoarder. After her boyfriend dumps her, Lucy is encouraged to create The Broken Heart Gallery, a pop-up spread of items from previous relationships. Helmed by debutant director Natalie Krinsky Selena is an executive producer of the film, which al marks the directorial debut of Natalie Krinsky.

Talking to Elle.com Geraldine was quoted as saying—”I was so taken by Lucy, who is so unapologetically herself and feels emotions so strongly and fully and loudly. I found that really inspiring because it’s so hard to do that. It’s so easy to just, you know, you don’t want to speak out. You don’t want to cause a stir. You want to kind of blend in and go with the flow.
