For acne, you can try a vitamin C lotion; if they are mild they will go away slowly.

2. Ageing

Most people feel ageing can only be treated with creams. I definitely don’t buy that. Antiaging should be from outside and from within. We’ve got to see how your body is behaving and what it’s lacking. We need to replenish it so that the deficiencies don’t age your body faster. I do recommend a retinol-based cream for a short while. See a professional to continue with your antiaging regime.

3. Blackheads

You can cleanse with salicylic acid face wash and can also use a clay mask. However, if the blackheads still don’t come out you need to see a doctor who will do it for you.

4. Dandruff

Use an anti-dandruff shampoo for mild dandruff; a ZPTO shampoo would be helpful.

5. Dark Circles

Dark circles can be addressed by vitamin C-based remedies; natural remedies include consuming fruits and veggies. Sleep well and also use sunscreen regularly.

6. Frizzy Hair

An anti-frizz solution should work very well. However, the thickness of hair needs to be improved by consuming proteins and minerals in adequate quantity.

7. Frown Lines

Once we develop frown lines it’s difficult to get rid of them easily in a natural way. However, Botulinum Toxin injections which is not always the cure. There are many ways by which the area can be treated and you will see an improvement in the frown lines. For example, some lasers and light-based devices give long-lasting effects. Good nutrition, face exercises and most definitely a good sunscreen, also help.

8. Grey Hair

Check you D3 and B12 levels. However, greying of hair is also genetic and there are few remedies. Good nutrition and is key to take care of deficiencies that may cause early greying.

9. Hair Fall

Hairfall has many causes but a healthy diet and biotin supplements would surely help you. In case it persists, please see an expert.

10. Pigmentation And Skin Discolouration

Pigmentation can be hormonal. If it’s on cheeks we call it Melasma; if it’s general tanning, use a sunscreen and vitamin C orally.
