After the success of Neerja and Aarya, filmmaker Ram Madhvani is all set to collaborate with Kartik Aaryan for his next titled, ‘Dhamaka’. The film will go on floors this December. On the occasion of his 30th birthday, the actor shared a motion poster of the much-anticipated film.

Based completely in Mumbai, the movie will be backed by Ronnie Screwvala‘s RSVP and Ram Madhvani Films. Dhamaka will be filmed in a different way- with the entire cast and crew creating a (COVID) bubble. The movie gives an overall view of the workings of a news channel in the 21st Century.
Dhamaka will mark Kartik’s first outing in the genre of thriller where the actor will be seen playing a journalist who covers the live broadcast of a terror attack in Mumbai. The actor who is extremely excited to be a part of this film was earlier quoted as saying—“This for me is a miracle script and had me on the edge of my seat all through the narration. I knew this is the script that would give me the opportunity to explore a different side of me as an actor. I can’t wait to transport myself to Ram sir’s world and see his vision translate on the big screen. This is also the first time I am collaborating with Ronnie and RSVP, and I am looking forward to this journey”.
