The first look of Mohit Raina and Konkana Sen Sharma‘s Mumbai Diaries 26/11 is out. The series pays tribute to the frontline heroes who faced the unrivalled danger with immense courage. Created by Nikkhil Advani, Mumbai Diaries 26/11 also stars Tina Desai and Shreya Dhanwanthary, among others.
The series is based on Mumbai terror attacks of November 26, 2008, Mumbai Diaries 26/11, the medical drama chronicles the untold story of doctors, nurses, paramedics and hospital staff, who worked vigorously to save lives during the attacks that severely damaged the city. The series is all set to premiere on the OTT platform in March 2021.

Talking about the Mumbai Diaries 26/11, director Nikkhil Advani said in a statement— “We Mumbaikars often discuss where we were on that fateful night when this devastating incident shook the entire city. There have been several shows and films centred on the incident but no one has explored the doctors’ side of it. With this medical drama, we aim to champion the human spirit in the face of unprecedented danger and celebrate the brave doctors who had saved the day while keeping the sensitivity of the topic in mind.”
