Yes, you guessed it right, Christmas is finally here and we are stoked. Even though this year hasn’t been the best for most of us, Christmas surely brings a lot of positivity and light our way. Christmas is a very special celebration for my family and I, and it has been a tradition to celebrate, ever since I was a kid. We begin the festivities by getting our Christmas tree, and decorations for the tree that are put up together during a small get together with our closest friends and family over some wine, cheese, hot chocolate! Secret Santa is a must, and I usually organise it by allocating the names to all my friends and family members, for the big gift exchange at our annual Christmas party. This is usually hosted at our residence, it’s always a memorable experience through the guessing of each others secret Santa, surprising all of my loved ones with some gifts, and Christmas carols playing through the night. This year, Christmas is all the more special to us since it would be Akhil and my first Christmas together at our new house, and it’s a beautiful experience that we are presently going through with our tree already in place for the year.

So, we are going to have a quiet Christmas this year, I have planned to call three of my best friends and we are going to overdose on Mariah Carrey songs, Celine Dion songs, Whitney Houston songs and I will give them a live performance. We are going to do a dress-up sort of sleepover. Of course, I am going to arrange for pedicures, manicures because they are my girl gang. I am also, gonna have Diandra Soares who’s been one of India’s supermodel and also happens to be one of my best friend and two other friends that are gonna come over. I am going to do a live performance, I am going to be Santa’s little helper or I am confused between whether I should be the little helper or Mrs Santa Claus, Considering I have turned 30. We are gonna have a Mimosa counter. Of course, I won’t be drinking because I have left alcohol for a year so its gonna be extremely sober and fun for me personally. The girls are gonna dig out on the good food, wine and cocktails. I am super excited, it’s going to be quiet but also with people that I really love and whose company I love being in. Also, Mum and Dad are gonna be at home there since I live with them in our ancestral house in Bandra. It’s gonna be fun and I can’t wait.
