Kapil Sharma is one of the most renowned names in Television and Bollywood for his show The Kapil Sharma Show. The comedian who is one of the biggest names in Indian comedy is now venturing to one of the biggest OTT platforms for an exciting new project. The comedian took to his social media handles to announce the happy news with a funny teaser in his own style. Running the ongoing joke that Kapil’s English is weak, in the teaser, Kapil tries to memorize the word ‘auspicious’ but to no avail. Finally, he announces in Hindi that he will soon be coming to our TV, laptop, and phone screens through Netflix. He has given us no hints apart from this but has surely left all of us excited.

Talking about the project, Kapil said:
I am super excited for my first-ever association with Netflix. 2020 has been a bumpy ride for everyone around the world and my motive is to make people forget their worries and welcome this new year with love, laughter and positivity. I always wanted to be on Netflix but I didn’t have their number (hahaha). It’s a project close to my heart and I cannot wait to share more details with my fans soon.
