Priyanka Chopra Jonas Announces The Sequel Of Her Film 'We Can Be Heroes'

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is one actress who never fails to surprise when it comes to her choice of films. Just recently, she starred in the Netflix superhero film, We Can Be Heroes. The film is a spin-off of director Robert Rodriguez‘s “The Adventures Of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D” and the “Spy Kids” franchise. It released just recently, on Christmas day in 2020 and was received with mixed responses.

PC played the nemesis to a group of children in the film who go out to save their superhero parents who are kidnapped by aliens. Just today, Priyanka took to her social media to share a big announcement. She revealed that We Can Be Heroes is all set to get a sequel. She states that the sequel is in development.

We Can Be Heroes also stars Pedro Pascal, Christian Slater, Boyd Holbrook, Sung Kang and veteran actor Christopher McDonald in pivotal roles. The child stars included Akira Akbar, Nathan Blair, Andrew Diaz, Andy Walken and Hala Finley. 

Apart from this, PC is also shooting for her upcoming film Text For You in London. The film also stars Celine Dion, Russell Tovey, and Omid Djalili and is reportedly also going to see Nick Jonas in a cameo role.
