Chapped, dry lips are common problems during the winter season. We need to make sure that they are consistently hydrated and moisturised to prevent them from getting even rougher and flakier. While most of us lick our lips to get rid of the dry feeling, it’s the worst thing one can do! Reason being, our saliva dries the lips out even further, and that causes them to crack up. Also, it is important to avoid biting or rubbing your lips while they are dry or peeling. This is when a lip balm comes into play…
They act as a protective layer for your lips and most of these products also provide sun protection. The petroleum jelly and different oils used in these lip balms keep the lips from drying out. Here are a couple of lip balms we have listed out that will help you through winter.
