10 tips to keep in mind while travelling during the pandemic:

Tip 1: Disposable masks

Since the Coronavirus pandemic is still in full swing, one simple way to minimize your risk of exposure is to carry multiple disposable masks so you don’t have to re-wear your previous mask as it is unsafe.

Tip 2: Disinfectant Sprays

It’s very important to protect yourself and take precautions at each and every step, read what Rider Girl Vishaka has to say,

These should be on your priority list! Always make sure to spray it before you sit anywhere in a restaurant or on public transport.

Tip 3: Scan all documents

These days, technology has levelled up and now everything is available digitally just at our fingertips. Scanning documents while travelling avoids unnecessary contact and that’s why even Vishakha recommends it.

Tip 4: Maintain social distancing

Well, this might seem like a common tip but we can’t stress on it enough. Here’s what Vishakha has to say and we totally agree with her.

Maintain social distance at all times. Also, do prior check-in and booking of hotel and transportation to avoid standing in long queues.

Tip 5: Take a shower after outdoor exposure

Taking a quick shower whenever you reach your destination is important as it will help you to get rid of all the viruses or germs that you might have come in contact with. So, it’s very important!

Tip 6: Digital money

There are various private and government apps now that let you conduct financial transactions just by a click. These apps are directly connected with our banks and we can make cashless payments seamlessly with the help of our virtual wallets. Therefore Vishakha advises us to use these apps while travelling to make any payments.

Tip 7: Sanitisers

This one is obvious but equally necessary. A hand sanitiser should be used frequently while travelling to keep the virus away. Vishakha recommends it too!

Tip 8: Water bottle

It is essential to hydrate yourself while travelling, therefore Vishakha says, one must carry their own water bottles at all times.

Tip 9: Cutlery

Carrying your own cutlery like glass, spoon, plate and more, reduces the risk of coming in contact with the virus, and it’s much safer!

Tip 10: Wet disinfectant tissues

Well, while travelling we must wear a mask but at the same time, we must keep on cleaning our face with wet tissues and keep changing our masks.

These will help you to keep your face hydrated while wearing your masks the entire time.
