After delivering a series of hit films such as Jai Lava Kusa (2017), Tholi Prema (2018), Venky Mama (2019) and Prati Roju Pandage (2019) following her Hindi debut – Madras Café, actor Raashi Khanna now looks forward to exciting projects in 2021. The talented actor is all set to make her digital debut on Amazon Prime alongside Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi.
The versatile actor’s maiden OTT series comes along after she gained recognition in the Telugu and Tamil cinema by collaborating with the biggest stars of the Indian cinema such as Junior NTR, Ravi Teja, Varun Dev, Naga Chaitanya, Vijay Deverakonda and Mohanlal.
A source was quoted as saying— “Finally putting an end to all speculations, it is now confirmed that Raashi will be debuting in the digital sphere with a Raj and DK directorial, which stars Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi. It will be streamed on Amazon Prime. Raashi will be paired opposite Kapoor in it. This marks her third collaboration with Vijay Sethupathi.”
The source further added— “Raashi also looks forward to yet another exciting project to be directed by Ravi K Chandran. The Chandran directorial is the Malayalam remake of Andhadhun, which stars Prithviraj in the role of Ayushmann Khurrana and Raashi in the role of Radhika Apte.”
