It was recently when actor Sidharth Malhotra was snapped at the Mumbai airport as he jetted off to Lucknow to start the shooting of Mission Majnu. Last evening the actor had taken to his social media and shared a glimpse of his new look for the film. And now as the new day begins, Sidharth has shared a picture with his co-star Rashmika Mandanna from the first day of shoot of the upcoming spy thriller.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Sidharth shared a picture with his co-actor. In the photo, the duo could be seen posing with the script copies of the film. While Rashmika is seen donning a green salwar kameez, Sidharth is seen sporting a grey kurta-pyjama. Sidharth’s caption read— “A special one with a special team. #MissionMajnu, day 1”

Mission Majnu is written by Parveez Shaikh, Aseem Arrora and Sumit Batheja. Directed by Shantanu Bagchi the film is jointly produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Garima Mehta and Amar Butala. Set in the 1970s the spy thriller is based on true events.
Apart from this Sidharth has a number of films in his kitty. The actor is awaiting the release of Shershaah which was postponed due to the coronavirus led lockdown. He also has Indra Kumar‘s Thank God, Hindi remake of Thadam among others.
