Earlier last year we heard about Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma coming together for the film Jogira Sara Ra Ra! The film is being directed by Kushan Nandy, who has previously worked with Nawaz in the 2017 action-thriller ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz‘. News now is that the film is finally set to go on floors from the 25th of February.
The movie will be shot in Barabanki town, a tiny, quaint and beautiful locale near Lucknow. This will be followed by the city of Lucknow, Rahimabad and Benaras.

Jogira Sara Ra Ra! is a quirky romantic comedy about an unlikely couple and a host of unusual characters. We begin our start to finish schedule with all of them, from the end of this month, and go on right until the middle of April. It’s exciting to work with Nawaz once again and create something diametrically opposite of what we did last time. This is a very special film for Nawaz and me and the wait because of the COVID-19 lockdown seemed endless. I am so glad that finally we are going to be on the sets and will begin shooting. Also I am looking forward to working with Neha and exploring her inherent goofiness and fun vibe.
Jogira Sara Ra Ra! is also set to star Sanjay Mishra and Mimoh Chakraborty in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Naeem A. Siddiqui, Touchwood Multimedia Creations and written by Ghalib Asad Bhopali.
