Vicky Kaushal & Manushi Chhillar‘s upcoming film under Yash Raj Films went on floors recently as we saw the cast new off for the shoot of the film in Maheshwar. While it was said to be a comedy, we hadn’t known of the title yet. Now, a Bollywood Hungama report states that the film finally has a title, though it is only tentative.

Directed by Victor, a source tells the publication that the film is a “madcap comedy of errors” and that it’s going to be called ‘The Great Indian Family’ or TGIF (which is also millennial lingo for Thank God It’s Friday). The film is reportedly set to revolve around a dysfunctional family and is the first time Vicky is attempting to do comedy.

The source also mentions that it is only the tentative title and that it can change according to Aditya Chopra‘s wishes. The team is also said to have almost completed shoot on the project. But coming to whether this will be Manushi’s debut vehicle, the source confirms that thought this film is shot, Prithviraj, starring Akshay Kumar in the lead, will be Manushi’s Bollywood debut this Diwali. The source ends by adding that TGIF will release only sometime in early 2022.

Now, with the title also here, I am super excited to catch Vicky and Manushi in this comedy! What about you guys?
