If there is one film that has been most talked about now, it’s On Raut’s Adipurush. The magnum opus inspired by the Ramayana has been in the news for it’s stellar cast that includes Prabhas essaying a role based on Lord Ram and Saif Ali Khan, who is set to play Lankesh based on Ravana.
But the announcement of the rest of the cast, and the female lead of the film especially was what everyone was eagerly waiting for. And the wait is finally over! Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh have joined Prabhas and Saif and made an announcement just today!
While news of Sunny Singh joining the cast was known through sources before, even Kriti’s casting was spoken about, but no official announcement was made. Kriti took to her Instagram today and wrote, “This one is too special…proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of this magical world.

The cast of the film began the motion capture sometime in January and the filming began in February, with Prabhas shooting a few bits. In between, the sets of the film also unfortunately caught fire, but thankfully, there were no casualties. Now, post his paternity break, Saif will also resume shoot along with the entire team.
Now, this sure is a cast I cannot wait to watch on-screen together. What about you guys?
