The all too glamorous, mother of two; Madhuri Dixit Nene wears a black silk georgette saree by Tarun Tahiliani. The saree features a thin gold, zari border with intricate embroidery. Ami Patel styles Madhuri with a sheer, self-embroidered, 3/4th sleeve blouse. Now to add a modern and unique twist to the look, she layers her saree with a velvet gilet that has intricate gold, zardozi work on it. This really adds a nuanced feel to the way sarees are normally styled. It doesn’t end there, Ami gives her a tan belt with statement embellishments to tie-in all these details. What I do like about this belt is that it is a seamless integration to her outfit and doesn’t feel overwhelming. This saree costs a whopping 1.2 lakh rupees in case you love it and have to own it.
