One swipe through Kajal Aggarwal‘s latest sartorial choices and you’ll see the actor making a strong case for summer-wear that’s heat-friendly and scores high on style. The star is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film, Mosagallu in which she will share screen space with Suniel Shetty. Her promotional wardrobe for the same is a mix of Indian and western-wear with balmy separates and minimalistic prints that spell summer romance! Wearing Nikita Mhaisalkar
Like a little bit of sparkle in your outfits? Safe to say, Kajal does too. For one of the events, the star was seen striking a pose in a Nikita Mhaisalkar co-ord set plucked from her spring/summer 2021 line. The set came with an anti-fit, round-neck crop-top and a calf-length pencil skirt with a thigh-high slit. The separates, adorned with sequins, featured an abstract print in earthy tones, think teal, scarlet, beige and brown. For accessories, she picked quirky dangler earrings and a slick gold ring from The Olio Stories and Antarez Jewels. A pair of nude, strappy heels from something i rounded off her look.
Wearing Payal Khandwala
Kajal’s curation of Indian-wear strikes the perfect balance between OTT and lightweight and wearable. Be it her collection of chiffon, printed sarees, balmy sharara sets or a simple yet striking kurta + salwar combo like the one below. Dressed in Payal Khandwala, Kajal opted for a relaxed, colour-blocked kurta that featured metallic grey horizontal stripes on a dark blue canvas. She teamed it with a pair of silky, maroon-coloured, flared pants, a silver choker, a silver handcuff and deep red heels.
Wearing Pankaj and Nidhi
What’s a summer repertoire without a floral-printed co-ord set? For one of the promotional rounds, Kajal picked a balmy number crafted by designer duo Pankaj and Nidhi. A cropped, white shirt and cigarette pants layered with a trench coat comprised the set. All the separates featured intricate floral motifs in a refreshing blue hue making it perfect for a busy day in the heat. Her jewellery picks included a rosegold tennis bracelet, pearl earrings, a couple of diamond rings and a metal watch from Outhouse Jewellery. Oversized, dark blue sunglasses from Fendi and white pumps from Christian Louboutin added the finishing touches to her look.
