Kriti Sanon is well-known for her off-duty choices that borrow from the less-is-more notion. Of late, the actor has been favouring athleisure separates a lot more than usual but for dinner dates and intimate house parties, flirty dresses in standout hues have been winning her vote of approval. One noteworthy look dates back to a New Year’s party in December at designer Manish Malhotra‘s house where Kriti wore a cocktail-ready, mustard yellow, fit-and-flare dress. Her latest outfit is another loud and romantic look she opted for as she stepped out for a meal at Bollywood’s newest-favourite restaurant in Mumbai, Tori. Get all the deets below!

Kriti Sanon threw in a surprise statement element to elevate her look further:

Neon seems to be getting back on the sartorial radar after a brief sabbatical last year. After Kiara Advani and Janhvi Kapoor, Kriti was the latest to revive the trend. The actor was spotted wearing a neon green, figure-accentuating, cocktail dress featuring ruched detailing. The one-shoulder cut of the dress and the body-hugging silhouette made the look a romantic one. But the colour took the look to the next level. To add some more drama to her OTT ensemble, Kriti completed her look with a pair of zebra-printed, pointed-toe heels. A pair of chunky, gold hoops and gold rings rounded off her look for the evening.

Given the over-the-top vibe of her outfit, Kriti went for subtle beauty picks so as to balance out the entire look. Kohl-rimmed eyes with some mascara, filled-in brows and a light red lipstick was her makeup for the night. Side-swept locks in soft curls framed her face.

While I absolutely love how Kriti took a sartorial risk by teaming two statement elements in one look—neon with a loud zebra print, I do think she could’ve done away with the heels. A pair of nude heels would’ve instead added a classy touch to the look! What are your thoughts on her look? Tell me in the comments below.
