Here’s How You Can Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars For A Quick Healthy Fix

Isn’t it a bummer when you find a perfect recipe that you’re super excited to try but don’t have all the tools and equipment required in it? Well, I don’t own an oven and I always feel like I am missing out on so many easy recipes that need an oven. Which is why, I am always looking for alternate options to these recipes and I think I’ve found one that is going to become my next favourite! Vidhi Doshi a.k.a. @ramenhairedgirl shared her recipe of no-bake peanut butter bars and it looks super easy and tempting. What You’ll Need

1 tbsp oil

3/4 cup peanut butter of choice

3 tbsp honey

1/4 cup ground flax seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla essence

Pinch of cinnamon powder

1 cup granola

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup dried cranberries

Here’s How You Can Put It All Together

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan along with peanut butter and honey.

Step 2: Let the peanut butter melt and let it simmer for 1 min on low.

Step 3: Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly.

Step 4: Now add all the remaining ingredients other than the coconut. Mix well.

Step 5: Line parchment paper in a deep dish and coat it with oil.

Step 6: Pour the mixture into it and flatten it with a flat bowl or spatula.

Step 7: Sprinkle desiccated coconut over it and freeze it for 30 mins minimum.

Step 8: Cut into bars and enjoy!
