Actor Amit Sadh has always been active on his social media, sharing glimpses of his workouts, his upcoming projects and his throughs with his followers. But just yesterday, he announced that he is going offline because of the COVID-19 crisis that Maharashtra and the entire country is going through currently.

The actor, taking to his social media, shared a long note elaborating on his decision. He states that his pictures and reels, and the “silly things” he does will not entertain or heal anyone during these tough times and that he feels the best way to be sensitive to the situation is to hope and pray that things get better and doing our bit to help those who need it, daily wage workers especially.

He went on to add that he isn’t abandoning his fans and that he is always there for them on DMs, he just doesn’t want to post anything and take advantage of his privileges. He ends by asking everyone to follow the rules, stay safe and look out for each other and hopes that things get better so he can “start being goofy and silly again”.

Here is his post:

We’ll, this sure is something to think about. Here’s us also hoping that everything gets better very soon.
