It doesn’t take a lot of prep time or cooking time and fills you up just the perfect amount. Here’s one such very easy and quick to make using Pomodoro sauce from Wonder Foods & Farms. 1 tbsp olive oil

1 white onion finely chopped

½ cup red wine

1 cup arborio rice

Vegetable broth

Here’s How You Can Put It All Together

Step 1: In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Step 2: Once it’s heated, add the white onions to the oil.

Step 4: Once the wine has evaporated, add a ladle of vegetable broth.

Step 5: Once that’s cooked, add another ladle of vegetable broth. Keep repeating this step, till the arborio rice is almost cooked.
