Believe it when your mama and grandmamas tell you that what you put inside your body is as important as what you put on it. And while skincare and hair products are a necessity, sometimes even the most expensive can’t restore, repair and rejuvenate the skin as naturally as certain foods and fruits.

While you may not even realise, your overly taxed digestive system might just create havoc for your skin, resulting in it looking sallow and dull. However, there are a few fruits and veggies that give your skin the nutrients while cleansing the system for a healthier gut, that leads to healthier looking skin.
