Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar was amongst the many other celebrities who were recently tested positive for Covid-19. After being hospitalized and taking proper care, the actor has fully recovered. Considering the ongoing situation in India, many Bollywood celebrities have extended a helping hand towards the people who are in need of medication and other facilities.
Twinkle Khanna took to her social media to announce that she along with her husband Akshay are going to donate 100 oxygen concentrators to help fight the pandemic. In a current situation where the country is in massive need of oxygen and vacant hospital beds, Twinkle and Akshay have proved to be true Covid warriors by their help and support. Even actors like Bhumi Pednekar, Gurmeet Choudhary, Salman Khan, and many more have contributed towards helping the needy.
It is in times such as these we need more and more people like them to keep the fight alive and stand together as one human race. These celebrities are a real inspiration and a source of hope to many. I am deeply touched and thankful to them for their help and great support during the lockdown.
