Amid the second wave of  COVID 19, shoots have come to a standstill. Now, according to reports, Aamir is all set to kickstart shooting for the war sequences in the coming months in Kargil.

According to a report by Mid-Day, the superstar’s team confirmed that Aamir was in Kargil recently for recce. The report further quoted a source close to the film and said that he is looking for locations in Kargil and Ladakh. The source also mentioned that Aamir along with his 4-member team jetted off to Ladakh for recce. The publication quoted a source as saying— “The possibility of creating a set in Mumbai was out of the question as the actor was certain that the war sequences will look grand only when filmed in real locations. After Aamir zeroes in on the locations, the shoot will be conducted with minimal crew in the coming months.

Helmed by Advait Chauhan, the film will also reportedly see South star, Naga Chaitanya. This will mark his Bollywood debut.
