One such celebrity is Amitabh Bachchan, who donated Rs 2 crore to Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Covid care centre at Delhi’s Rakab Ganj Gurdwara. Manjinder Singh Sirsa who is the president of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management committee made an announcement that operation at the facility with 300 beds will start from today. He thanked the megastar for his donation and said that Big B called Sikhs ‘legendary’. Apart from this, the actor has also arranged for oxygen cylinders for the Covid care centre.

Manjinder Singh Sirsa took to his Twitter to announce that Amitabh Bachchan has donated Rs 2 crore towards the Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Covid Care Facility. His tweet read, “‘Sikhs are Legendary, Salute To Their Service’. These were the words of Amitabh Bachchan when he contributed Rs 2 crore to Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Covid Care Facility.”
