‘Knives Out’ was an American mystery film written and directed by Rian Johnson. The film was a big hit at the box office and the audience loved every character in the film. With ‘Knives Out‘ being a big success, the makers decided to have a sequel to the film with a star-studded list of cast members including Kathryn Hahn, Dave Bautista, Janelle Monae, Daniel Craig, Leslie Odom Jr., and Edward Norton. Netflix’s upcoming ‘Knives Out’ sequel has added another very talented actress Kate Hudson to the star cast of the film.
As per the reports of Hindustan times, Kate will be seen in the sequel alongside Daniel Craig and others. The actress is known for her performances in films like, ‘Mother’s Day,’ ‘A Little Bit Of Heaven‘ and ‘Something Borrowed.’ Kate’s addition to this sequel is definitely going to raise the stakes of the film. Daniel played the character of Benoit Blanc, a private detective in ‘Knives Out’ and was loved by many for his brilliant on-screen performance. He will reprise the role in the sequel and I am super excited to see what he has in store for us.
Hindustan Times also reported that the sequel will also be written and directed by Rian Johnson who will also produce it along with Ram Bergman under their T-street Banner. Apart from the names of the cast members, not many details have been shared yet. With a packed star cast like this, the sequel to ‘Knives Out’ looks extremely promising and I cannot wait to watch this film already.
