Losing a loved one while battling the dreaded COVID-19 illness is a very tough phase for anyone. Actress Hina Khan too faced this ordeal after she lost her father to a sudden heart attack. Immediately after, she ended up contracting the Coronavirus.
As she is now recuperating, she spoke to us in our special segment called ‘Girls Like You‘ on the Girl Tribe By MissMalini app. This is a segment where some of our favourite celebrities share their thoughts on things that matter to us girls all over the world.
While she did share that she didn’t want to talk much about her father’s passing as it is very personal, she did share something very special, and it was about Priyanka Chopra.
She said:
Priyanka Chopra is such a busy woman and entrepreneur. She, sent me a text message after my father’s message. And such a long message… because she understands what it means to lose your father. That was really special and heart-touching.
