One musical collaboration we were so looking forward to this year was Canadian singer, The Weeknd & American pop singer, Ariana Grande‘s remix of his charter-buster track, Save Your Tears.
At the IHeartRadio Music Awards last night, the duo performed their Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 track for the first time on television. The performance happened at the Los Angeles Dolby Theatre in front of a live, masked audience.
They definitely made sure the audience let loose all their tears on seeing them on stage, perform the absolutely amazing track together. The newly-married Ariana looked stunning in a silk, purple gown while The Weeknd sported a sleek black suit.
The duo took to their social media today to share glimpses from their performance and it surely looked like one smash hit performance! Sharing the video, The Weeknd wrote, ‘always a pleasure to share the stage with such a class act and a magical voice. Thanks for rocking out with me tonight @arianagrande’. Ariana shared the clip too, saying she was ‘honored and endlessly grateful’ to be performing with him.

The Weeknd, who created waves at the Billboard Music Awards 2021 with 10 awards to his credit, also won the Male Artist Of The Year at the IHeartRadio Music Awards. Dua Lipa won the Female Artist of the Year while Taylor Swift‘s Folklore won the Best Pop Album award.
