‘Shakti – Astitva Ek Ehsaas Ki‘ was a popular TV series. Rubina Dilaik’s character as ‘Soumya‘ was loved by many and became a widely recognized household name. Her character got the show to great heights making it run successfully for 5 years. The actress took to her Instagram to thank everyone for their love over the years by sharing a few pictures from the sets of the TV show.
Rubina believes that her character in ‘Shakti’ was a big game-changer for her. She says, “Shakti gave my career a second chance and this show drastically changed my career graph. Shakti helped me build myself as an actor in many ways and helped me showcase my versatility. The show gave me so much recognition and fame that people actually went back a good 6 to 7 years to see the kind of work I was a part of back then. Shakti helped me change my life in a bigger and better way.”
She also expressed how attached she is with her character, ‘Soumya’, and how well she was connected with the role emotionally and mentally. She definitely essayed the role and won millions of hearts with her on-screen character.
