Zoya Akhtar’s last directorial, Gully Boy featuring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, and Siddhant Chaturvedi among others had received a lot of love, from both the critics as well as the audience. Now, according to a report by Pinkvilla, Zoya is all set to collaborate with Ananya Panday, White Tiger-fame Adarsh Gourav and Siddhant Chaturvedi for her next venture.
The publication quoted a source as saying—“Zoya will be producing this film, while debutant filmmaker Arjun will direct the project. Not much is known about the movie’s genre as yet, but Siddhant, Ananya and Adarsh have agreed to star in the film and the paperwork is currently under process. The makers plan to take the film on the floors this year itself, however it will also depend on the Covid situation”.
This film will mark Zoya and Siddhant’s second collaboration.
Meanwhile, Siddhant and Ananya will also be seen in Shakun Batra’s untitled next which also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead. Apart from this, Siddhant has Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Phone Bhoot in his kitty, while Ananya has Liger alongside Vijay Deverakonda. Adarsh Gourav was widely appreciated and lauded for his performance in Netflix’s The White Tiger which also starred Priyanka Chopra and Rajkummar Rao.
