Ali Fazal To Be A Part Of An Initiative To Help Spread Mental Health Awareness Amid The Pandemic

The second wave of Covid-19 has hit India in a very bad manner. Millions have been facing a negative impact of Covid-19 on their mental health. Several Bollywood celebrities have stepped forward and helped in every way possible to reach out to the ones affected by the pandemic. Actor, Ali Fazal has come forward and has decided to help spread mental health awareness amid the pandemic.

As per the reports of Mid-Day, Ali has joined hands with several medical experts to conduct online sessions for frontline workers, children, Covid-19 patients, and others. Speaking more about the initiative, Ali said, “As a nation, we must start learning from this and understand the importance of having a regular conversation on mental health. It all starts with reaching out and acknowledging. That’s the core of mental health.”

Ali also believes that mental health is very important, especially in hard times such as these. Ali through this initiative aims at helping people be aware of various groups and sections of society that need provision on mental health along with necessary help and support.
