For me, the worst part about getting sick is having to eat sick people’s food! And I am always looking for recipes that have a nice twist to them so it doesn’t taste too bland. So, I got in touch with Maya Sawant, a nutritionist and owner of Lean Kitchen to get her favourite oats porridge recipe that she recommends. She shared her spiced turmeric oats porridge recipe and by the looks of it, it looks absolutely delicious. Read on to check out the full recipe!
