Tripti Dimri wowed the audience with her stellar performance in Bulbul. She beautifully portrayed the role of a young, smart, and strong woman fighting against the deep-rooted patriarchy. As per a few reports, we are soon likely to see her steal the show again as there’s news that she will next be seen alongside Shahid Kapoor in Sujay Ghosh’s upcoming project.
Sujay’s next film is still under wraps but the pre-production work is going on in full swing. With the star cast so good, I can only imagine how good this movie is going to be. Shahid has many films lined up for this year, including projects like- Jersey, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s upcoming web show, and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Karna.
As per a report on Pinkvilla, a close source revealed-
Tripti has really liked the script and is looking forward to collaborating with Shahid and director Sujoy. As of now, the plan is to take the film on the floors in September, however, final dates are yet to be locked
Besides this film, Tripti will also be seen in Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Parineeti Chopra and in another film titled Qala with Irrfan Khan’s son Babil.
